| Long before I graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1993, fine art has been my life's work. Raised by an artist and art teacher, I was privileged with encouragement and to have art supplies at my finger tips during a very early age. I began studies in Art Therapy in 1970, that have continued through the years of my life. Most of my paintings and art works start with and reflect another meaning that is more than just art for art sake. My paintings are my lost children, raised with care and passion, then set free when I can do no more for their growth. Leslie Jo Tone |
